The Mellowdees: Walls Might Melt
The trio of Melody(vocals), Nievera (guitar), and Wolf Gemora (drums) released their much-anticipated album in early November, and it truly delivered the goods. Our favorite tracks are: "Pendulum," "Unbecoming," and "Laman." The album is rock at its finest.
Monster Turned Machine: "May Oras Pa" (Single)
Fresh from the launch of their first single, "Please Lang," featuring Teeth frontman Glenn Jacinto, the alternative rock trio of Mike Frias (vocals), Joma Mandocdoc (bass), and Tim De Ramos (drums) unleased their second single, "May Oras Pa" this time featuring Eunice Jorge of Gracenote. This single is a powerhouse.
Ted Reyes: "Magkaibigan Lang Kami ng Sandali Kagabi" (Single)
Our very own Ted Reyes released a follow-up single to "The Amazing You," which he launched in October. The new song talks about = the prevalence of gossip culture, especially around celebrity relationships. "Magkaibigan Lang Kami ng Sandali Kagabi" is a bonafide ear worm guaranteed to give you a healthy dose of LSS.
